AI and automation disclosure
NOYO uses AI to propose useful work, not to hide decisions. This page explains what is generated, when actions can execute, and how you stay in control.
Effective and last updated: August 16, 2026
What AI does
- Summarizes messages and daily context.
- Extracts tasks, deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups.
- Drafts messages in a selected tone and language.
- Suggests calendar blocks and identifies conflicts.
- Processes voice notes into proposed actions.
- Builds contact context from information available in your connected account.
Proposals versus actions
A proposal is a suggested change that has not been executed. NOYO displays the source, reason, expected effect, and confidence when available. Your automation level determines which categories always require approval and which trusted, low-risk actions may run automatically.
Confidence
Confidence is an estimate, not a guarantee. Low-confidence or high-impact proposals should require review. You can edit or reject any pending proposal, and acceptance and rejection signals help evaluate product quality.
Known limitations
- AI can misunderstand dates, tone, identity, intent, or context.
- Generated text can contain factual errors or omit important details.
- Language quality can vary by language and conversation style.
- Calendar recommendations may not reflect unrecorded obligations or personal preferences.
Human control
- Review the approval queue before external actions execute.
- Choose an automation level per action category.
- Inspect the source and reason behind proposals.
- Edit drafts and schedules before approval.
- Disconnect integrations or disable automation at any time.
Feedback and incidents
Use reject/edit controls to correct a proposal. For a harmful or unexpected automated action, disable the relevant automation category and contact [email protected] with the approximate time and action type.
