Terms of service
These terms govern access to NOYO. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Effective and last updated: August 16, 2026
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting account access and for activity performed through your account.
Connected services
You authorize NOYO to access connected services only within the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for complying with those providers’ terms and may revoke access at any time.
AI-assisted actions
NOYO may generate inaccurate or incomplete summaries, drafts, extracted tasks, or scheduling suggestions. Review important outputs before relying on them. External actions are governed by your selected automation level and approval settings.
Acceptable use
- Do not violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or service-provider policies.
- Do not send spam, impersonate others, probe security, disrupt the service, or bypass quotas and access controls.
- Do not use NOYO to make high-impact legal, medical, financial, employment, or safety decisions without qualified human review.
Beta service
Beta features may change, be incomplete, or be withdrawn. We may limit access to protect reliability and security. Please report defects rather than relying on beta behavior for irreversible decisions.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the checkout terms shown at purchase. You may cancel future renewal through billing controls. Taxes and refunds are handled as required by applicable law and the stated billing policy.
Ownership
You retain ownership of your content. You grant NOYO the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service. NOYO’s software, branding, and service design remain NOYO’s property.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for security risk, abuse, non-payment, or material breach. You may stop using NOYO and request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. NOYO is not a substitute for professional judgment. Liability limitations do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
