Privacy policy
NOYO connects to communication and calendar services to help you review, draft, schedule, and follow through. We collect only what is needed to provide that service and give you control over connected data.

Information we process
- Account information such as name, email, locale, timezone, and plan.
- Messages, calendar events, tasks, drafts, and contact context from services you explicitly connect.
- Voice recordings and transcripts when you choose voice features.
- Product usage, approval outcomes, security events, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and improve NOYO.
- Payment status and billing identifiers from Stripe; NOYO does not store full payment-card details.
How we use information
We use connected data to summarize, extract tasks, prepare drafts, suggest schedules, detect follow-ups, and carry out actions you approve. We also use operational data to secure the service, troubleshoot failures, enforce quotas, and understand whether suggestions are useful.
AI processing
Content may be sent to configured AI providers to generate requested results. We minimize the data sent where practical and identify proposed actions before execution. Details about automation and user control are in our AI disclosure.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers required to operate NOYO, such as hosting, connected email and calendar providers, AI inference providers, payment processing, and transactional email. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and connected data while your account is active and as required for security, billing, and legal obligations. You can disconnect integrations and request account deletion at [email protected]. Deletion requests include connected content, generated artifacts, and tokens, subject to limited legal or fraud-prevention retention.
Security
NOYO uses encrypted transport, restricted credentials, scoped OAuth access where available, audit records, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected issues immediately to [email protected].
Your choices
- Disconnect email or calendar access.
- Review, edit, approve, or reject AI-proposed actions.
- Change notification and autopilot settings.
- Request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information.
